I’m a counsellor specialising in neurodivergent adults with ADHD, autism, AuDHD including queerness, high sensitivity—as well as individuals exploring identity and belonging in cross-cultural or multicultural contexts.

My approach is Nerodiverity, cross-cultural and LGBTQIA+ affirming, deeply respectful of all gender identities and sexual orientations, and grounded in your lived experience.

The experiences we carry — Neurodiversity, Identity, Gender, family history, or loss — shape how we live, connect, and make sense of the world.
Whether these experiences come from crossing cultures, moving abroad, adapting to new languages and expectations, or growing up in environments that didn’t understand your sensitivity, hyper focus, or need for peace or being alone — they all leave an imprint. You might be navigating new beginnings, wanting to build stability and belonging in a different country, or simply needing a clearer structure that supports your way of thinking, living and feeling. Or you may be seeking to understand long-term patterns of overwhelm, perfectionism, or emotional fatigue. Wherever you are, we start from where you are. 

Together, we explore what helps you regulate — building inner safety and practical systems. E.g. manage your energy and daily life, move forward with (hyper) focus, thrive with clarity, and boundaries that feel right for you and let you live with more flow and confidence. I work solution-oriented — combining deep emotional awareness with clear, grounded steps forward. We can strengthen your capacity to live a life that reflects who you are and what truly matters to you.

With over 20 years of lived and professional experience — as someone who has moved from Serbia to Switzerland, live with AuADHD, Queerness, complex trauma and high sensitivity — I bring both empathy and structure to our work. I have worked with Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD) and multicultural peopel. I offer a space where difference is not only accepted, but valued as potential. 

We focus on what matters now, while acknowledging what shaped you then. I can support you remove limitations and blockages, or to find practical informations, clarity and structure, so that you can move forward, achieve your dreams, live a life that authentically reflects your deepest desires, values, needs and wants and, do so with internal peace.

THE WORK WE DO TOGETHER IS THOROUGH AND PRACTICAL. WE START BY BUILDING SAFETY AND STEADINESS IN THE BODY AND NERVOUS SYSTEM SO SESSIONS FEEL MANAGEABLE. I’LL TEACH SIMPLE REGULATION TOOLS YOU CAN USE OUTSIDE SESSIONS — E.G. BREATH, GROUNDING, OR ROUTINES THAT SUPPORT YOU FEEL MORE PRESENT.

FROM THERE WE GET CURIOUS ABOUT YOUR STORY AND CONTEXT: CROSS-CULTURE, LANGUAGE, IDENTITY, NEURODIVERGENCE, RELATIONSHIPS AND THE SYSTEMS AROUND YOU. WE LOOK AT WHAT PROTECTS YOU AND WHAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU, ALWAYS AT YOUR PACE. WHEN YOU’RE READY, WE WORK WITH THE MEMORIES AND PATTERNS THAT KEEP YOU STUCK — USING CONVERSATION, MEANING-MAKING, BODY AWARENESS AND CREATIVE EXERCISES.
