About Tatjana
Counsellor and Therapist
It's always an honour and a privilege to be allowed to be alongside you on your recovery journey, to help you heal from the trauma you've experienced in your life. Here's why I have such passion
I left Serbia at 25 years young. As someone who has moved to Zurich in Switzerland, has been living with Autism and ADHD/AuDHD, complex trauma and high sensitivity, I bring personal understanding to our work. I offer a space where difference is accepted and valued as potential. We focus on what matters now, while acknowledging what shaped you then.
I am dedicated to walking alongside you as you navigate the challenges affecting your wellbeing. Whether you’re grappling with relationships, identity, work-related stress, or inner conflict, my aim is to support your growth at your own pace—without judgment, without agenda.
My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life; my role is to provide the tools, space, and insight to help you move forward with greater clarity, calm, and authenticity.
Drawing on my training I bring work experience in educational, residential (as a support worker) and in humanitarian setting (as a volunteer at the Red Cross) in Zurich and surrounding.
What if, instead of seeking a final answer, you embraced the process of becoming who you truly are? Life isn’t something you can ‘solve’ overnight—and you don’t have to. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore what’s holding you back—so you can live more fully, on your own terms.
