Counsellor supporting Neurodivergent Cross-Cultural Adults

With Tatjana

Conselling

Specialist online support across Switzerland—Neurodiversity-informed guidance for Cross-Cultural life.

Life isn’t something you can ‘solve’ overnight—and you don’t have to.

What if, instead of seeking a final answer, you embraced the process of becoming who you truly are?

I’m Tatjana—a non-Western counsellor dedicated to walking alongside you as you navigate the challenges affecting your wellbeing. Whether you’re grappling with relationships, identity, work-related stress, or inner conflict, my aim is to support your growth at your own pace—without judgment, without agenda.

Drawing on my training and lived experience with AuDHD and Queerness born in Serbia living in Zurich, I offer a flexible approach that honours your unique experience. I specialise in supporting late-discovered neurodivergent adults with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or high sensitivity, cross-cultural life—including LGBTQIA+ individuals and adult industry workers. My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life; my role is to provide the tools, space, and insight to help you move forward with greater clarity, calm, and authenticity.

Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore what’s holding you back—so you can live more fully, on your own terms.

What I Offer

I work with you—not on you. My foundation is person-centred practice: you lead; I listen deeply, without agenda.

Autonomy-focused
Our sessions prioritise your safety, pacing, and bodily sovereignty. We explore triggers, boundaries, or past experiences only when you feel ready—never rushed, never pressured.

Non-judgmental
Your work, identity, desires, or lifestyle are not problems to fix. We focus on your wellbeing, resilience, and self-defined goals—free from moralising or external expectations.

LGBTQIA+ & Neurodiversity-affirming
I honour diverse expressions of gender, sexuality, and cognition. Your sensory needs, communication style, and intersecting identities are respected as integral to who you are—not complications to manage.

Collaborative clarity
Whether addressing anxiety, grief, relationship strain, or purposeful transition, we build strategies rooted in your values—not societal prescriptions. You bring the expertise on your life; I bring the tools to support your clarity.

Note: I do not provide letters for medical or legal procedures. My role is coaching and therapeutic counselling.
All sessions are grounded in current Swiss best practice, guidelines, and lived-experience insight.

Whether you’re based in the Switzerland or international, our flexible, approach meets you where you are—with zero judgment and full respect for your lived experience.

Important: Our approach is solution-oriented, person-centred, holistic: considers the whole person, emotion-focused, and creatively flexible. I draw from multiple frameworks—never rigidly tied to one—because what matters is what helps you.

How can I help?

Cross-Cultural Neurodiversity Counselling

There isn’t anything you can’t bring into the room—but I specialise in supporting people at the intersections of neurodiversity and cross-cultural experience, including identity, belonging, language, also queerness, and systemic marginalisation.
