Specialist Online Counselling for the Adult Industry & Related Experiences

Life within the adult industry—whether as a sex worker, performer, content creator, kink professional, or someone navigating complex relationships with porn—carries unique emotional, social, and psychological pressures. Stigma, isolation, boundary management, and identity navigation are real challenges. As a qualified UK counsellor with dedicated experience supporting marginalised communities, I offer a truly confidential, non-judgmental, and affirming online space.

Through secure video or telephone sessions, I provide trauma-informed, person-centred counselling tailored to your reality—because your wellbeing matters, exactly as you are.

Important: I provide confidential therapeutic support but am not a crisis service. If you are experiencing immediate risk to yourself or others, please contact emergency services (999) or the Samaritans (116 123). I operate within UK safeguarding frameworks and am legally obligated to break confidentiality only in cases of imminent serious harm, terrorism financing, or court order—never for lawful adult industry work. Your privacy and autonomy remain central to our work together.

What I Offer

I provide specialist online counselling designed for the nuanced needs of those connected to the adult industry:

  • Confidential sessions via encrypted Zoom, Teams or telephone—accessible anywhere in the UK, scheduled around your availability.
  • Dedicated support for industry-specific stressors: stigma, burnout, client boundaries, financial anxiety, transition planning, or emotional labour.
  • Compassionate guidance for individuals reflecting on compulsive sexual behaviours or distressing relationships with porn—without shame, moralising, or pathologising consensual acts.
  • Allies & partners: Support for those in relationships with industry professionals navigating communication, jealousy, or societal judgment.
  • GDPR-compliant privacy: Zero logs, secure booking, and strict confidentiality aligned with ISPC ethical frameworks.
  • Flexible access: Evening and weekend slots available. Concessionary rates discussed openly during our initial contact.
All sessions are grounded in current UK best practice, NICE guidelines, and lived-experience insight.

Whether you’re based in the UK, or internationally, our flexible, trauma-informed approach meets you where you are—with zero judgment and full respect for your lived experience.

My Approach:
Congruence, Affirming & Strengths-Based

I work with you—not on you. My foundation is person-centred counselling: you lead; I listen deeply, without agenda.

  • Trauma-informed & autonomy-focused: Sessions prioritise your safety, pacing, and bodily sovereignty. We explore triggers, boundaries, or past experiences only when you feel ready.
  • Radically non-judgmental: Your work, identity, desires, or lifestyle are not problems to fix. We focus on your wellbeing, resilience, and goals.
  • LGBTQIA+ & neurodiversity-affirming: I honour diverse expressions of gender, sexuality, and cognition. Sensory needs, communication styles, and identity intersections are respected.
  • Industry-literate: I understand sector-specific dynamics—camming pressures, platform deactivation anxiety, legal concerns, or community dynamics—without requiring you to “educate” me.
  • Collaborative clarity: Whether addressing anxiety, grief, relationship strain, or purposeful transition, we build strategies rooted in your values—not societal expectations.

Note: I do not provide letters for medical/legal procedures. My role is therapeutic support.

Important: My approach is solution-oriented, person-centred, holistic, trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and creatively flexible. I draw from multiple frameworks—never rigidly tied to one—because what matters is what helps you.

My Approach

1. Collaboration

Your life and work belong to you alone—you understand your boundaries, rhythms, and survival strategies better than anyone. I step into sessions as your strategic ally, not your director. Together, we map pathways forward that respect your autonomy, industry realities, and non-negotiables. This partnership runs on trust, precise listening, and unwavering respect for your lived expertise—because support that ignores the texture of your actual life is support that fails.

2. Context

Your experience within the adult industry is deeply personal and shaped by your gender, culture, trauma history, neurotype, and identity. A one-size-fits-all approach to counselling fails those in sex work, porn, BDSM, or related fields. I explore how these intersecting layers shape your unique journey—because meaningful support must be culturally aware, trauma-informed, and responsive to the full complexity of who you are and the work you do.

3. Practicality

I bypass hollow advice that overlooks the realities of your work. Instead, we craft grounded strategies that respect your energy fluctuations, sensory thresholds, and the unpredictable rhythms of adult industry life. These tools slot seamlessly into your existing routines—designed to sustain you through long shoots, emotionally demanding sessions, or the mental load of managing multiple platforms and boundaries. No perfectionism. No added guilt. Just practical support that moves with your life, not against it.

4. Self-Compassion

Shame thrives in silence—the voice whispering your work or choices make you unworthy. We dismantle that narrative. Together, we replace self-judgment with curiosity: Whose standards burden you? Setbacks become recalibration, not proof of brokenness. By cultivating self-compassion rooted in your lived reality—not society’s judgments—you build inner safety. Resilience grows not through punishment, but through the radical act of treating yourself as deserving of dignity, exactly as you are.

Who This Is For

This service honours your journey—no labels required. You may identify as:

A current or former sex worker (online/offline), escort, dancer, or independent creator.

  • A performer, director, or crew member within pornography or adult film.
  • An active participant in BDSM, kink, or alternative relationship communities (including switches, subs, doms, or educators).
  • Someone experiencing distress around personal porn use or sexual behaviours—seeking clarity, not condemnation.
  • A partner, friend, or ally of someone in the industry needing reflective support.
  • Neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or multiply-marginalised individuals seeking culturally competent care.

If your experience causes you unease, isolation, or emotional strain—you belong here.

Whether you’re based in the UK, or internationally, our flexible, trauma-informed approach meets you where you are—with zero judgment and full respect for your lived experience.

A Path That Honours Your Reality

What if the weight of stigma, the exhaustion of emotional labour, or the friction between your public and private selves could begin to ease? What if your resilience—forged through navigating an often-unforgiving world—became the very foundation of your strength?

This work isn’t about rewriting your story. It’s about reclaiming it—transforming survival skills into sustainable self-trust, and isolation into grounded clarity.

By the time our sessions conclude, my hope is that you carry a quieter mind, firmer boundaries, and a renewed sense of agency—not just within your work, but across every dimension of your life. You deserve support that leaves you feeling more yourself, not less.

Important: Coaching and consulting is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.

UK: If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, please contact your GP, call Samaritans (116 123), or reach out to a crisis service immediately.

US: If you are in crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, please call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), go to your nearest emergency room, or contact your healthcare provider immediately. You are not alone—help is available 24/7.

How can I help?

Intercultural Neurodiversity & LGBTQIA+ Coaching & Consulting

There isn’t anything you can’t bring into the room—but I specialise in supporting people at the intersections of neurodiversity and cross-cultural experience, including identity, belonging, migration, language, queerness, and systemic marginalisation.
